Note:

The cop did not explicitly say the whole body was thrown through the window.

His statement could be interpreted as simply his head punching through.

This, I'm pretty sure his head just went through the window, there's no way his whole body could fit through that hole (unless he is either Gumby or very small).

It is possible that a man of smaller stature could have come all the way through the windshield. Windshields are pretty flexible, as you can see by how the strands were still hanging off the main part of it. If you dont look at the hole, but rather the shattered, but still intact area (where its so cracked it looks white) you can see that if something were to go through it, the windshield would have stretched, so to speak, and let a whole body through.

But still, it would have to be a pretty thin and small person, so I dont think thats what happened.

EDIT: God damn, I just watched one of the related videos and saw a guy get launched like 30 feet on a highway and then run over when he land on the other side of the road. Ouch.

Saw that one, too. That would definitely leave a stinging sensation.
