Card Creator Publishing Software

Hey all, problem here. I'm supposed to turn out a card design for my little brothers birthday party by tomorrow, but lo and behold, service pack 2 basically killed picture it! publishing 2001 from working. I know its old software but I cant afford anything newer.

So any ideas for a free trial download, good software to use, etc? Help!

Do you have microsoft publisher, I knwo you can make pretty basic cards on there. Can't really think of anything else. Sorry

Publisher is the newer version of Picture It!, and I really cant afford to upgrade.

Oh I see. I had a look at www.download.com and found this:

Its free for 14 days, it says it has limited card selection, but you will just need to download it and see how limited it is. There are some other programs there that you could try, I just searched for "Birthday Cards". Hope this helps.
