I hope you guys with these tiny little cars don't drive on the Highways or anything.

I mean tiny in terms of engine power, because 1.1 litre is incredibly small. My dad's car is a 1.8 and I consider that to be one of the smallest of anyone in my area, and it shows it.

Generally european cars weigh less than 2 tons, they do not require a massive engine, also the engines develop more power per litre than american cars, they are quite capable of sustained highway speeds.

My 1 Liter Metro will hit and sustain 95 miles per hour easy, thank you very much. Its perfectly capable of handling 70 on a motorway.

Its on the correct side actually. Its the UK version (The UK was the first contry to have a designated side of the road, so we're the ones who drive on the correct side).

Being first doesn't automatically make it right. The imperial system cane before the metric system, does that make it more right?

Well, in the states, most American cars have the cap on the driver's side, and most imports have the cap on the passenger side. The MINI is one of the exceptions, with the cap on the driver's side...

Its actually kind of annoying, I had grown used to never having to wait at the gas station since all the rednecks with giant SUVs are always piled up waiting for the pumps on the left side... oh well.

my honda civic has the gas tank on the drivers side and my subaru forrester has it on the passenger side :p

Our Golf has it on the passanger (right) side and out Citro?n on the left.

Yeah, pretty much.

As Al Murray said "60 miles per hour and 96.56 kilometers per hour may be the same, but I know which ones faster!"

:p

1986 Peugeot 205

Its got a 1.4 engine though, not bad for a car that old with only 50k miles on it.
Still shit no matter how you look at it though haha.

Aha its currently sat back at home in Devon, UK. It now only gets used to drive back and forth from work by myself whenever im home from Uni (15 mins both ways).

And anyway, i got GIVEN it by my grandmother for my 18th bday, and my rents are insuring it. I only pay for petrol. So im smiling and dont give a shite, but i never lock it because the insurance is probably worth more than the car itself...

I'm lucky, we bought my car wrecked for $800, fixed it for $1000, then some idiot turns left when I have the right of way, and his insurance pays $2400 to fix it. After repairs it cost my family around $400, including the Alpine stereo system, spoiler, and cold air intake.

None on this computer, but I will upload when I can.

My transport isn't a car... the one in this pic isn't mine obviously... nice colour tho...

I got the same model as this, except straight four without CpSU rear buffers, and mine is dark blue.

Epic win to anyone who rides, and much love to everyone else
