cartoons of the 80's and early 90's that I used to watch while was a kid

I was only really into Thundercats (I had something of an 'alternative' upbringing), and yeah, it really does suck now. Childhood nostalgia ftl.

That said, the Gerry Anderson cartoons (Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet) still rock.

Also,Transformers? The older ones suck now.
You are my greatest enemy now. With this declaration you have become my ultimate arch rival, and I will accept nothing less than satisfaction, sir!

Pistols at dawn! Transformers G1 is, and always will be, the greatest cartoon ever produced, and Transformers the Movie is the finest piece of cinema ever to grace the silver screen. I will meet you on the field.

Back on topic...man, I still live in the eighties when it comes to cartoons. Any random obscure cartoon that was shown in the US in the 80s, I've probably seen it. My favorites were Transformers, Voltron, Mask, The Visionaries, Thundercats, Silverhawks, Saber Rider, Bravestarr, He-Man, G.I. Joe, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, C.O.P.S., and Care Bears.

*bump*
found out what the name of a show I used to try and catch was called. apparently it was a mini-series but I remember it as being...well whatever. it was on Fox-Kids and it was called Red Planet. Had these natives aliens that could read minds and project images like a...projector or something. I dunno...wish I could find it somewhere.

Anamaniacs, Tiny Toons, Pinky and the Brain and Freakazoid - all have stood the test of time. Unless they weren't made during these time periods, of course.

Everything on Nickelodeon, back when they weren't pulling new shows out of their ass every week.
Everything that was on USA weekend mornings.
Everything that was on Cartoon Network.

I can't list them all, there's countless ones that I watched really.

Darkwing Duck, Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, Power Rangers, Tailspin, all the ones on Cartoon Network (Dexter's Lab, Ed, Edd and Eddy, etc.) and a few others whose names escape me.

Yep, major nostalgia on those videos. Ah, what halcyon days those were...
