Basically, a cassette modeled music player. Looks ****ing awesome, eh? Just thought I'd share something like this, seeing as there was seemingly no other place to put it without it being neglected.

Note:

Can only carry about 10 songs. :(

It's not an actual cassette though. Plus rewinding and charging is done with the spools.

And if that was sarcasm, **** me upside down and call me Susan.

Nah, I wasn't sarcastic. As a concept it's neat. It might be good for marketing new albums. Buy a cassette in stead of a CD.

That is awesome. I like Shaker's idea, but if they increased the size, it could reach another market as well.

Why on earth does this not have the capability to hold more than 10 songs?

Article says it will be released for up to 90 minutes...

Perhaps it's done on purpose :/

that looks 3 times the size of real cassette ...unless it's <$20 not even remotely worth it when I can buy a Sansa Clip for $54 and look like a really really smart consumer who isnt affected by apple hype

why would you want that? just get an ipod shuffle. cheap, reliable, stylish, compact.

i would want an MP3 player with a screen

no because a screen isnt needed when you have no reason to search for songs hence the reason why it's called the "shuffle"

Although I clearly want to argue with you over the functionality of iPod shuffles, I was just pointing the fact out to the poster above me, who might be under the impression that shuffles have screens, judging by his post.
