Change crosshair color or size?

Is it possible to change the color or size of the crosshairs fixed in the center of the screen? I'm running 1600 x 1200 and it's sometimes difficult to see the crosshairs or where 'dead center' is whilist in the heat of the moment. I'm pretty new to the HL2DM, last time I DM'd was back in Tribes 1 and from what I remember you could mod that sucker up like crazy with online play.

ya i need a better crosshair too. i tryed making my own but its kinda hard. Help us.

Cant change the colour but you can change the size.

It is a right sod to do manually, font editors blah blah.. Or download some from here..
