In fact, I'm going to suggest to Munro we use something similar. Only ours will be bigger, in fact, the whole forum will do that, but all the writing will go the opposite way. Pictures will go up and buttons will go down.

I don't see a problem with steampowered making the odd thread here.

If its other sites, then yeah they need permission, but steampowered is different, since its the proper steam site.. AFAIK, never been, too many CS players
