China harvesting organs of political prisoners

blah blah blah bullshit lies invented by the victorious ..japan was completely defeated months before the bombs were dropped ..they were practically begging to surrender

btw: I refuse to discuss the circumstances around the decision to drop the bomb ..it's been done to death, all the evidence you'll ever need is contained within the Truman diaries ..but no one ever reads it so why bother?

Noo, actually, they were then conscripting among Koreans and Chinese, and forming civilian death squads.

Japan did not surrender. US dropped the bomb. Japan surrendered. LIBERATION!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Live Organ Doner scene from Monty Python's Meaning of Life.

Those Japanese never surrender. You know what? When the Emperor of Japan announced that they surrendered unconditionally, thousands of citizens cut their own abdomen, killed themselves. Clearly Japanese regards surrendering as a shame. It is possible that they would have kept on fighting even the bombardment tore the land of Japan apart, if we hadn't release a atomic bomb.

The only Japanese who were really persisting for the conflict were the military heads. Most others were willing to accept an unconditional surrender.

The atomic bomb made its point and defeated Japan, but at the cost of so much human dignity and civilian life. Events like that are the reason we try to avoid massive civilian casualties nowadays.

You don't know Japanese.

I know Japanese. The youth is taking over the country and the old ways are dieing. The WW2 veterans and children of the era have respect, whilst the current young generation cares only about fads and screwing Hello Kitty androids.

Hell, me too. I know them a bit. A bit can mean anything. :p

China bans trade in human organs
(Agencies/chinadaily.com.cn)
Updated: 2006-07-16 13:33

China will ban the sale of human body parts and related commercial activities from August 1.

According to the new regulation, "no organization or individual is allowed to accept body donations except medical institutes, medical schools, medical research institutes and forensic research institutes," Xinhua news agency said Saturday.

Transport of bodies to and from China would have to be approved by the civil affairs departments, customs and quarantine authorities, it said.

At the beginning of July, the first law concerning the donation of organs and the conduct of transplant operations came into effect in order to regulate the practice.

About 20,000 transplants are conducted in China each year out of at least two million Chinese patients who need them, according to Xinhua.

Foreign media have reported that organs for transplant in China have been taken from executed criminals, but the Ministry of Health has repeatedly denied the claim, saying such reports were "untrue" and "malicious slander" of China's judiciary system.

"Most organs in China have been voluntarily donated by ordinary citizens on their death, and a small number are from executed criminals who voluntarily signed donation approvals," ministry spokesman Mao Qun'an said earlier.

Is it common that Europeans know several languages?
Yes. We get at least 3 different languages at school (including our native language).

For example, I get Dutch, French, and English at school. I have an option to learn Latin and German (I both did).

This system in necessairy, since you need to be able to communicate with foreign people from surrounding countries.

After reading the first 2 pages of this thread my face is white as a sheet, I'm worried about reading on.

Edit:
Is it common that Europeans know several languages?
Here in Ireland learning English, Irish and another European language is a required part of the sylabis. I'm doing French.

I don't see anyone hateing the states for giving unit 731 scientists amnesty in exchange for information. Isn't that just as bad as doing the experiments itself? You didn't do them but you're pretty much saying:

"Hey, you did all these horrible things to people. We'll give you amnesty in exchange for the information since we can't do those things ourselves (although we would want to)." :p

Btw, bbson_jon, you called him an idiot in the nicest way possible. Anata = you (polite), I would have used omae or temee. Then you used desu ka which is the polite way to ask a question...you don't even need the desu. omae wa baka ka? would work. Or just say baka alone.
I also think it's pretty stupid to hate a country for something they did...over 60 years ago. Seriously, get over it. Why would you hate Japanese people who had nothing to do with those things, just because they came from the same country. Are you really that narrow minded?

Most of the unit 731's experiments are meaningless. Like freeze your hands and crack them apart.

And stick a metal stick into a woman's vagina, cut someone's eyeball when they're still alive, ect.

What information? That it really hurts?

bbson_jon is speaking Chinese, you appear to be speaking Japanese.

你 (ni) is not the polite form (that's 您/nin)

I was refering to this:

あなたはばかですか?

That would be Japanese.

You are refering to this:

你講乜呀?

Which is Chinese.

Not to sound arrogant but I know what Japanese looks like. :p

Never saw that post, he seemed to have written it in a deliberately small font.

中共侵犯(Chinese Communist Party is invading) 非戰則和 (either fight or negotiate) 主和賣國! (supporting negotiation is treason)
北乖侵犯(Northern corrupted [refers to uncivilized tribe, or probably simply enemies from the North] is invading)
日戎侵犯(Japanese army is invading)

When we say nin(您), we are being VERY polite. We use this word when we are speaking to someone who is respectable, such as elder and our teacher. However, nowadays, we rarely use it. We use ni(你) in all situation. Nin seems to be irrelevant.

p.s. I'm talking about the situation of Hong Kong, not Mainland China.

戎 means barbarians, does it not? I was reffering to your post.

We have several boulders that have these wordings etched into them here.

IDK about you guys but this new cereal is badass. China Chex pwns your face. It has little bits of stuff...IDK what it is but its imported from china and its dang cheap. Goes good with the blood of virgins.
