hmm thats VERY nice with exception of the ears ...u shud check out hte tuts at http://www.3dtotal.com for painting and detail it a bit more it has potential as long as u didnt flatten the layers

Make him have loose skull parts hanging here and there and some brains missing + dull look in his eyes.
