Erm..help?

Even after loading the pointfile it tells me to more or less delete all my props_physics and player spawns

Check for leaks:
Go to the toolbar at the top and click Map>Load Pointfile, it might ask if you want to load the default, click yes.

Now a read line show have appeared in your map. Follow this read line to find the leaks in your map. Looks like they'll all be around area portals.

Also it seems like you got a terrorist spawn inside the ground or wall.

Did you even listen to me? I already loaded the pointfile and it want's me to delete all the entity's...

EDIT: Now I deleted all the things it pointed out, the map still has leaks...

did you follow the red line and close any holes that may exist in the geometry?

yes, it never pointed out any holes in the geometry

I got this error by accidently finding a way to make a brush without actually making a brush (can't see it but if you try select empty space you might catch them and see them appear) or try select/delete them manually if you know the brush numbers.

Also happens if you didn't setup your portals correctly (more likely than the weird error above)

I have been using worldcraft/hammer since hl1 release and i have never had a leak.

is it going through any brushes? Like func_detail brushes.

Make sure you dont have brushes with leafs that have CONTENTS_SOLID just like the BSP said. Look for brushes with transparencies that are enclosing you map. Make sure you enclose your map with no transparent materials that have CONTENTS_SOLID specified, if you dont LEAK LEAK LEAK IN HULL!
If you find one just have a brush underneith or where ever that encloses the map with the nodraw texture or w/e you want.
[edit]
some might not understand why these transparent textures cause problems, its because lighting can escape through any transparent texture and the reason leaks happen in the first place is because light is escaping to the void.

Meaning you don't know how to make proper skyboxes or don't know how to make anything in complex shapes?
