It is a Halflife 2 single player mod, and to me seems quite promising although a little corny :frog: (not made by ppl 15yrs :O )
Here is the story
Zantek Labs was the leader in Nano Technology. Their medical breakthroughs practically eradicated all forms of sickness and disease. March 16th 2046 Zantek Labs designed a serum called Lieluth, code named "Life Of God", which is basically a programmable nano, or more realistically a chemically coded bacterium. This bacteria, or nano is a synthetic DNA string, that alters the existing DNA structure of it's host. This newly induced DNA slows down the aging process one hundred fold. They created the fountain of youth, or so they thought.
The first phase of experimental tests were conducted on animals, as soon as the nano was injected into the test subject, it attached itself to their existing DNA. Altering their cellular structure. The test was a full success. The next phase was, human experimentation. Mark Harris volunteered to be the first and last test subject. Once the nano was injected, his cellular structure started to breakdown. It happened so fast that his body aged one hundred years in a matter of minutes. He died at 16:24 on July 5th 2047. Project Lieluth was a complete failure.
Shortly after Mark Harris died, Dr Richard Grey conducted an autopsy. Lieluth mutated into some kind of viral infection, a mold like growth. It seems that the virus does not die even after the host does. The infection spread, covering his internal organs. Dr Grey also did tests by injecting the mutated strain of this virus into animals, it had no effect. It seems it only attacks human cells. Shortly after, Dr Grey was found dead in his office. The complex was under a quarantine lock down, no one was allowed in or out. 16 days after the quarantine was ordered, all contact was lost with Zantek Labs and it's staff. They perished. They paid the ultimate price for their ignorance.
One month after the incident, a thirteen year old boy was found dead. The symptoms were the same as before. The same mold like growth was found on his body. The government ordered a city wide quarantine in a fifty mile radius around Zantek Labs. Reports came flooding in, that this growth also started to cover non-organic materials. Growing on the cities structures themselves. At it's present rate of growth, the entire downtown core would be covered in 6 years.
Medical experts tried everything they could do to destroy it, nothing seemed to work. They came to the conclusion that they must contain it by sealing the entire infected city in a giant structure. After 6 months of design, the construction of Citadome began. Contractors from all over the world were flown in, to construct the largest structure in the world. It took 4 years to complete.
Citadome is now a government run facility, and during it's construction, lab and research facilities were also built. In hopes of finding out how to stop this virus.
160 years later, sensors inside the dome have picked up movement. A team of military and scientific experts enter Citadome to find out what it is. 12 hours pass, and all contact with the team is lost. It appears that they just vanished.
December 20th 2207 at 05:32 AM: You receive a vidcall that you are needed down at the Citadome complex. You jump up out of bed, and race for the door. You snatch up your car keys that lay on the night stand. Driving off into the darkness, you can't help but think, what do they need you for?
You take on the role of SGT. Miles Buford, a retired military specialist. The team that vanished were your friends and fellow squad mates. You enter Citadome in hopes of finding them alive. The question is will you survive the horrors long enough to get out?

They actually went to a gun firing range to test out what it is like :E , i reckon itll be wuite good if they finish it, you?
