Client side mods

When Valve release VAC2, will it think that client side mods are cheating? For example, different models, skins, sounds etc?

Are you sure? I mean, changing player models to bright pink huge things will have it's advantages...

Well if you want pink huge things running around your game then thats your choice. Only cheats and hax will get you banned. Valve love the mod community, they don't mind you using custom models etc...

Also delete some of the models, sure you'll get a big error word, but can see through the objects if they're big enough, like massive rubbish skips.

But I don't do stuff like that...
