Clipping on a part of the brush

Im trying to made a house that just got the Sheet blow outta it. So when im clipping a wall to make a whole how to i get a piece of it to cut not the whole length or width. Like making a square brush have zigzaggy sides.

Well by pressing the clipping button another time or two you get different clipping options...
