I think he was talking about the landscape, which isn't propaganda. Most evil nutcases who send their countries back to the stone age seem to work wonders in creating idyllic hell holes. The Soviets being a massive exception, of course.

You have to remember, that North Korea has a shitload of non electronics based artillery... pointed directly at Seoul. And there's no logical reason to think their artillery is decrepit enough to just not cause any harm.

And SK has an airforce with witch to bomb that artillery, its own artillery for counter-battery fire and missiles, ignoring America's own assets.

It would be a war no doubt, sucky, but NK wouldn't be able to resist for long.
