That's because fats etc. dissolve far better in milk than in water. Same way capsaicin (stuff that makes chillis hot) does, which is why drinking water doesn't cool your mouth down.

I dont have a problem with Pepsi, but i ****ing LOVE coke. For me it doesnt have to do much with the taste cuz both is very similiar, but the Coke cans gives me astronomical eye orgasms. Pepsi is often cluttered with adds and pictures of random ppl, while Coke has a nice red color with just the name on it. I dont know if people in the US has these cans yet. Pepsi still uses those small chubby cans, i hate those, these tall ones makes me think im actually drinking a real drink. Excuse my Coke fanboyism.
