Just recently (3-4 days ago) my hands swell up if i touch something cold, like if i'm drinking a bottle of water and holding it with my hands, whichever part of my hand that touched the cold bottle will swell up with intense pain, just wondering if anyone here knew why, theres got to be a doctor or pre-med person here, so please help if you can.

Asking for Medical advice on a Half-Life 2 Board isn't the greatest move in the world :)

its not hl. So its off-topic. So its right here.

I once heard something of a cold-ellergy... but really, your problem seems strange to me.

seems odd..
then again, I've been known to shovel snow in 13*F temperature in loafers and a t-shirt....I got some weird looks from the locals, specifically the ones that knew I was visiting. (I live in florida)

In winter here there is some days when you can actually die if you are wearing just a t-shirt. -40 degree (C or F, it's the same) can freeze you real fast. But it's extreme even in Quebec :).

if there had been a wind chill, I would have gotten a jacket, let me tell ya.

breeze cuts right through me...

This is actually a known medical condition, called something like 'hyper sensitivity' where you have extreme reactions to the cold, in some cases your hands can even split.

Get to a doctor as soon as possible!

Go to a doctor you idiot. If you get a cold chill you could drop dead!

DO NOT GO NEAR YOUR FREEZER! STAY AWAY FROM ANY DRUNK GIRLS WITH A COLD ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN HAND.

GO TO A DOCTOR NOW!!! DON'T WAIT TILL IT GETS WORSE!
