Combine Radio Sounds To Replace CS Radio Sounds

I saw in another thread that someone decided to make a pack like this. But would not post a working link, and i thought it was a good idea, so i made my own.

It replaces all in game radio sounds except for the win announcement, and bomb planting/defusing.

Here is the full list of replacements:
"Need Backup" Replaced With "Overwatch Request Reinforcements"
"cover Me" Replaced With "Cover Me"
"Enemy Down" Replaced With "Overwatch Team Is Down, Sector Is Now Controlled"
"Affirmative" Replaced With "Affirmative"
"Roger That" Replaced With "Roger That"
"Hostage Down" Replaced With "One Down"
"Enemy Spotted" Replaced With "Ready Weapons, Multiple Hostiles Inbound"
"Sector Clear" Replaced With "Sight Line Is Clear"
"Hostages Are Being Rescued" Replaced With "Target Compromised, Move In, Move In"
"All Right, Let's Move Out" Replaced With "Weapons Off Safe, Prep For Contact"
"Protect The VIP, Team" Replaced With "Priority One Objective"
"Report In, Team" Replaced With "Report All Positions Clear"
"Reporting In" Replaced With "Reporting Clear"
"Negative" Replaced With "Chuckle"
"Go, Go, Go!" Replaced With "Go Sharp, Go Sharp!"
"Ok Let's Go" Replaced With "Go Sharp"
"Get Outta There, It's Gonna Blow!" Replaced With "Displace"
"The Hostage Has Been Rescued" Replaced With "One Contained"
"Taking Fire, Need Assistance" Replaced With "Officer Under Fire, Taking Cover"
"Lock 'N Load" Replaced With "Harden That Position!"
"Get In Position, And Wait For My Go" Replaced With "Overwatch Reports Possible Hostiles Inbound"
"Storm The Front" Replaced With "Prep For Contact, We're Goin In"
"Stick Together Team" Replaced With "Ready Weapons, Possible Hostiles Inbound"

Sorry i guess i should have explained where to put them.
Extract the radio folder to :
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\USERNAME\counter-strike source\cstrike\sound\
(if you don't have the sound folder, make one)

**Updated zip file, one sound wasn't playing right**
If you already downloaded before 6:07PM EST, simply rename "rodger" to "roger"

And let me know how it works, and how you guys like it! I personally like it a lot better than the normal sounds.

There is always the texted version in left corner if you dont hear/understand what they are saying.

I think the volume is perfect though.
 
Thanks for all the positive comments guys.
As far as the volume goes, i'm keeping it at what the CS sounds are at pretty much.
If you can't tell what they are saying, then just read the bottom, it still says "Fire In The Hole" and what not.

Also, im trying to work on a config to replace those sayings with what the combine actually say.

thanks a lot, you and your sound pack are awesome! the combine sounds are great because they give CS a mean and aggressive feeling. the original sounds are very expressionless and have a neutral tone, which makes every command sound anticlimactic.
 
Now to change the t's to combine and the ct's to reistance fighters...or should that be the other way round.
 
Does anyone know if there is a way to have some files for the Ts and have seperate sounds for the CT.
What I want to do is keep the normall ct radio sounds but replace the Terrorist ones with some vietnamese radio commands I have from battelfield vietnam
 
Pretty cool, good with the combine model for CSS release. :D
 
Old news but I have already made this pack and with the combine beeps. Over watch announces planet and defuse and combine leader annouces launch codes. All my nades are replaced with HL2 sounds. I got combine models for T and the gordon model for CT to match everything. All are posted on the HL2world site.
