I hope the combine do that thing where you have to pull your shirt towards your mouth (with radio attached) to talk to it. that would look so cool.

Aaaanyway, why would they need breathing aparatus on all the time if they were human? If they dont use gas at all in the game and we find they are human, i'm gonna be well peeved cos it'd just be daft.

Combine= combination of human and alien, not just a cool name

If you did not know that the beam could come swinging down, then all of a sudden you hear shots from the roof. YOu look and BAM... Whacked from behind. Sluggish. Heck, I would have never though of that beam even moving...


And I do not think that one combine "teleported in" in the traps movie. The player 'shot' a barrel into that direction making a lot of noise. So that combine went to investigate. Just my opion. Or thoughs.

Did not the combine say, "Look at the guy" or something to that effect in tunnels, when that one was lit on fire?

Notice the streetfight video, all of the combines point at the soldiers even when their close together, it looks kind of stupid.

Also Gabe mentioned in the latest interview at gamespy that you can go through the levels in any way you want.

You could play rambo and kill evereything that's moving with guns and stuff.

Or you could play smart and use the physics to your advantage. The beam is a perfect example. Blocking the door with a table, crouching next to the door so it blocks the door, using the radiator, block the window with a paintcan or something (lol), etc.

I never have waited for TF2, never really like TFC, but since its on source it might be cool.
