comic book universes game thread

slow day today, thought I'd start a thread on comic book universes that would make good games. I'd like to stay away from superhero genres as they've been done to death lately. Some comic books that I think would make a great game

Grendel Warchild by Matt Wagner: The Grendel universe spans over a 1000 years, plenty of material to make multiple games in many genres. The dark gritty realistic world of Grendel is perfect for a mature shooter rpg hybrid.

Sin City by Frank Miller
gritty, violent, stylistic..all the markings of a great game.

there are a ton of great comics that would make great games. What comic book would you like to be made into a game? Please NO superheros

Hehe, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen maybe. Only a couple of them have anything resembling 'super powers', a Quartermain (sp?) or Nemo game would be fun.
