They did to C&C what Dawn of War 2 did to Dawn of War.

I'm playing C&C3 and its really good. videos are pretty cheesy but otherwise gameplay is awesome. I used to play Red Alert 1 and 2 a lot and C&C is pretty damn similar

I was rather unimpressed with 3. I don't know why, either. It's not just 1 thing I can place my finger but the game as a whole seemed dull to me.

C&C3 was OK, not great but fun while it lasted. However my interest in the sequel plummeted when I heard there will be no base building...

I'm actually more interested in a C&C Generals sequel, since that game was made by EA to begin with.

No base building? How does that even work in an RTS?

I was also going to post earlier that who cares about C&C anymore but I decided not to bother because of that reason. I really enjoyed the first Red Alert though. Played that a ton.

wtf, got kicked when the game started for "poor frame rate". Since when did frame rate become a valid cause to kick someone? Im guessing this game wont be nice to people without new high-end hardware, since it wont even let you join a freaking game.

Finally got into a game. Whatever game this is...its NOT a C&C game. I am so confused, it would be nice if they included some tutorial or something. I have no idea whats going on or how i even play the game. Can someone explain how the whole thing works? Its not even remotely like any C&C game before.

CoH has a similar system, though it doesn't kick you directly. It says "so-and-so has poor performance and is lagging the game" (or something like that) if your system isn't keeping up.

No idea how to play this. I had this huge crawler, I could only build like 3 units, never got any upgrades. After like 10min some guy came with flying things and destroyed all five of us at the same time. Lolz I say.
