Ahem...Those are basically my thoughts. As bliink said, the perspective was what made it different. I wouldn't mind it being 3d, but better leave it as the 'strategy' game it was.

Ah well, I never did actually buy them, I just played the demos and the full game at my cousin's house.

There's a shaky cam video with Spanish commentary showing some footage from Commando's Strike Force. You can get it here. The game is turning out to be pretty cool it seems. I liked the part in the end with the knives.

yeah looks quite nice,obviously a lil rough around the edges although the vid quality wasnt the best,like the music and the sniper rifle with the rags tied around it,that was cool,looks like it can be played 3rd person too as theres a scene of the sniper knifing and strangling a guard,maybe it can be played like a 3rd person stealth game too,i always wanted a stealth game set in ww2,there are a few like h&d etc but this 1 looks good

Yeah, the third was absolute crap. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, just improve the parts you've got.

The screens for this look decent though. But when the series drops the number from the end you know that something's up with the quality of the game, as if they don't think it's good enough to be named Commandos 4.
