I too, am an Opera user. Tis superior.

Makes me think of mass panic and world ending situations. Therefore it wins.
 
Makes me want to tell him that he could very easily clean up his sig by making his links like this instead of having the whole url.
 
Has way too much useful information in my signature. Then again, I'm one to talk... I have a crappy signature currently. Usually mine are awesome homer quotes...
 
I don't like Magic the Gathering much but I guess that's a pretty useful link.

7/10! It would be a utalitarian 6/10 but link to isotown bumps it up.

EDIT: God damnit! Well, Willie gets 5/10 because it is colourful but not very funny.

KineticAesthetic's signature is very colourful and is very helpful. Why he links to the HL2.net main page is a mystery for me, since it is also just one click away from the forums.
Also agree with his beef against Egoncalo. Let's kick his ass.
 
Too many :p :p :p smileys, also TDE was annoying. But also probably the oldest sig on the forums! 7.5/10 for historical value.
