Commentary in Lost Coast?

When I first started HL2: Lost Coast, I was given the option of playing the game with commentary. I didn't play it that time, but I want to do it now. The only problem is that the option seems to have vanished. How do I turn it on?

Alternatively, you can just type "commentary 1" into the console.
