Right, I know we have a tight little community but that does not excuse the attitude and abusive comments aimed towards people who have either got their information wrong or said something that's been said before.

Yes it's annoying when people can't just scroll down the page or spend 30 seconds doing a forum search to see if something they're about to post has already been posted before BUT IT DOES HAPPEN.

I've seen many replies such as:
"omg, you idiot.. someone already posted about this dumbass!"

Which could of been this instead:
"Nice thread m8 but it's been posted here. Can a moderator please delete this thread. Thanks "

The current attitude of some posters will only drive new people away from this community and this is something we will not accept.

Anyone caught being abusive for the above reasons will be warned and then banned.

It's a fair question, MrWhite. It could of been worded better but it's a fair question none the less.

I am one of the staff on this website. As well as doing website content I'm a Super Moderator ( means I have moderator access on all boards ).

As well as enforcing the official board rules I am also one of several moderators who is responsible for looking after the people who use these forums and make sure the community they're part of is a decent one.

Yeah good idea Abom|nation, my team already has the same warning system over on our forums. Very helpful, 1 warning = 2 day ban, and so on, until you reach 5 warnings, after that permanent ban.

As if you will ever stick to it, if you ban everyone who makes a nasty posts you will get a bunch of bum bandits calling you nazi's but not in such a way you can justify banning them.

Now if I was running this forum, yes it would be total chaos but it would be nice chaos and well... bugger.
