I don't think that fan is strong enough to properly cool a 9800 Pro. The stock heatsink/fan should be more than enough to properly cool you video card under normal use. If you plan on overclocking, have a look around some overclocking sites and see what they recommend to properly cool your 9800 Pro. I've heard some good things about Thermaltakes Giant Series (they are on version 3 or 4 right now).

Is there a specific reason you are replacing your northbridge heatsink/fan? Again stock should be more than enough for most people needs. All this fan will do is create additional noise.

Otherwise all of your other choices look good. :)

Case: I would go for something smaller. Midtower aluminum maybe. But that's just personal preference. Your call here.

Ram Heatsinks... Overkill unless you're seriously ocing and overvolting your ram. I'd get the ThermalTake ones.. they come with extra little heatsinks too.

Fans: Try to find Panasonic Panaflo L1A's. I'm not kidding on this one. Your ears will thank you. I have never had one die. They are awesome fans. Maybe not flashy and all, but they rock.

Chipset cooler. There's no need to replace your original one. With the amount of airflow going through that case, your best upgrade for the Northbridge is an application of AS5 to the heatsink.

Video cooler: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=35-186-110&depa=0 period. End of sentence. call me biased. go ahead.

Ram: d00d th4t R4|\/| i5 t3h r0xx0rz!!!! sorry. It really is awesome.
