I kno what condition zero is but what I dont know is the specifics. Are there new models, textures, maps, guns(doubt it)? What about the bots, are they very good? And can you program them, like tell them which site to go to if you wanna practice defending/attacking a certain site? And is it worth the money overall? Hope someone who has it can help. Thanks.

I think it is definitely worth the money. Upgrades include new maps, textures, new models, and new hostage AI. The bots are really lame, but how many times do you want to play with bots? The maps are very, very nicely upgraded. Dust looks amazing. Plus, as an added bonus, you are able to beta test CS:S. :D

So the bots are dumb? Im ok at CS, but if definitly would help me I think if I could practice certain things consistently. The bots suck?

The bots whoop my arse on Hard difficulty and I've beren playing CS for five years.

depending on what lvl you set the bots on. I keep gettin pwn by the bots when i put them on the hardest setting  what i like about cz is that imo i has a more friendly and mature enviroment then c 1.6

sweet. Sounds all good. What about programing them? Can you tell them where to go etc?

you can order the bots using the radio commands. if you say "Follow me" they all would say roger, affrimative one right after the other. lol

The bots have different settings in them. Some will radio commans, some won't. Some will go in guns blazing, some will sneak through an area stealthily. Some will react quicker than others. If you use your radio commands they will take notice of you depending on what their personality is.

In terms of telling them exactly what to do and where to go, unfortunately not.

I meant enemy bots. Like say you wanna practice D2, defending B. You send 2 T bots each round and you try and defend it. No way to do that?

AFAIK, you can't control enemy bots. However, someone did make a "bot command menu" at Steampowered's forums. I'm not sure what it allows you to do, but this is probably the closest you'll get to controlling bots.

Edit: Just took a look at it. It just lets you change variables quickly and easily. You can't control bots in the sense that you want the Ts to rush b every round.
