Confused about eBay item

Says it's a Nintendo DS on the top but then the descriptions is a big long ad for ebooks with lists of wholesalers and setting yourself up as an ebay seller. I think this is just advertising to get more money for a different product but it is confusing.

There are scripts out there that automatically make purchases on 1p buy nows, and those sellers leave automatic feedback. So this guy could have created a new account and got 300 poitives for 3 quid.

If they're not clear on exactly what their selling, then always assume they are leaving details out on purpose. e.g: if it doesn't mention if a controller is included with a game console, then you should assume it isn't. Send your questions to the seller to try and clear up things, too.
