I did some searching but couldn't really find any posts by anyone who is confused about this, so clearly I missed something fairly obvious. One thing bugs me and that's Mossman. Is she on our side, or theirs?
She is clearly a a double agent, we all know that, but which side is getting played, and which side is where her real allegiances lie?
I kept getting the impression that she cared more about helping the Combine than helping the Resistance, yet Alyx never mentions any of that to Eli when she has a chance to do so. She just let's it slide - why? For some reason Alyx has decided that Mossman being a double-agent is a non-issue, but I don't see why. I mean her transmissions about the Borealis are sent to the Citadel for crying out loud! The Resistance wasn't even supposed to see that - the Combine were. Unless my memory is hazy and she's addressing someone in the Resistance in the video.
Does everyone just assume this will get cleared up in Episode 3, or is the answer so obvious that I'm teh only one who doesn't get it?
