Console CMD

Does anyone know the console cmd to force source to use more ram? Or any other cmds that might help me for that matter? I have a great system, but my comp still lags because of the physics, even if that much isn't taking place.

AMD Athlon 64 3200
Radeon X800 Pro
1G ram

Hmm, the lower level of directx I use, the higher my fps goes, even with tons of things flying around. Any suggestions?

used to be "heapsize x" but source doesn't seem to recognize it, maybe it automatically uses all your memory..?
