converting a model from GTA to to HL2

Does anybody here know how to convert a model from Grand Theft Auto San Andreas to HL2

Here's the model

It's a dalek from a british Science fiction series called doctor who, the maker of the model has given us permission to convert as long we credit the mesh as being his. Can anyone here convert it or tell me how to convert it?

Well this is what the maker said

"It's in .lwo, Lightwave format. deep exploration can convert it to other formats but the texturing won't look as good if he doesn't have lightwave itself or some program that can import .lwo files."
