Actually it was a joke. Like, the bash.org joke, "Never once did the bishop move diagonally".

But I didn't get that far in the Dark Brotherhood to get the enchant.

But I killed them all. I got a horsie that I never use and I have to travel really far to even get my contracts. No enchantments! I haven't done the first, post-cheydinhaal contract, tho.
 
its the contracts that should come after you clear out the Cheydinhaal place, if i remember correctly

i'd like to sell that beast...but i would have to find someone that could take it first ;(
 
merchants only have as high as 1200 anyways so it's no more valuable in that sense

don't remember the quest exactly I think it's after you help the 2 brothers get their home back, then you have to be contacted by a guy from the theives guild, then you have to raid a dungeon, get the blade of chorrol back or whatever it is, then not give it back to the thieves guild guy but to the count of corral then you get the item. I'd hate to try to do this one specifically, it just kind of happened over the course of my game.
 
when i recieved that quest i just blew it off till i could take the Ogres, i went back to try that quest again and there werent any Ogres at the town...was there a certain time that you went?

I played with that thing for a long time. Recently swapped it out for an enchanted cuirass. :D

yeah, the thief doesn't give you jack for it compared to the shield :p
 
Wow, that's pretty crazy. I have the Spellbreaker, which has a 30% reflect spell... but that doesn't even compare.
 
My favorite item is the staff of paralyze. Paralyze your opponent for 30s and then do ungodly stuff to them. Combine that with Umbra's Sword and Azura's Star for easy recharging the game is really really really easy (that's why I never use it :D).

You get it from the pirate ship outside of the imperial wassname. They say you shouldn't go on the ship. I think it's out of fear of them getting owned.

I ran on the ship and just dived in the water... let the gaurds do the dirty work :p

Helm of Oreryn Bearclaw, full set of enchanted Deadric armor, Umbra, Goldbrand, a custom bow called Boom Shakakalaka, and a kicking spell called LOL DEATH.
 
I've been everywhere man and by everywhere I mean Cyrodill. I swear TES 4 is eating me alive.
 
ok I'm in the dark brotherhood and they have just pure awesome kit. But I did find this cave that was litterally full with wine and loot. Got like water-walking necklaces, bows with enchantments, and lots of other random crap that's brilliant!

I also have a bounty of over 15k, and will never be able to pay it off, as well as being stuck on one of the thieves guild missions due to not being able to talk to Lex.
 
I had a dream last night where I was a dark brotherhood person and I went around killing. I dont even play that much oblivion or even have a dark brotherhood character. mad huh?

Just got this ring from the skamp daedric staff quest.
+7 Blade and +7 Block for my Nord Warrior. Awesomeness!
 
Javert, that quest was cool. Would have been cooler if the scamps would fight for you :(...


Interesting note though, the scamps dont attack you, not for much anyway, so just get youe blade skill up by killing them... waiting for respawn and kill them again. :D

Probably the new Akivari Katana that i enchanted to produce 10 shock dmg on each strike which i named "Lightning Akivari" ..... original huh :p
 
I just wish you could get a constant effect for an attack enchantment. after 4 or 5 kills they always run out of charge :\
 
Now that I think about it, I have a plethora of great little items that I've found and collected from caves, dungeons or fools who attack me.

I have a nice vest which has a shield enchantment, about a dozen rings with varying properties (bonuses to blade and block, hand to hand, even permanent night-eye for example).

Grieves and boots that fortify agility, acrobatics, speed and endurance, and a handy cuirass that grants 20% chameleon.
 
Yeah i keep getting new ones each day now lol, i'm gonna give up choosing my favourite most valuable one :p
 
ive got a cave-scout helm which is permanent night-eye dwarven helm and a chameleon curais which has 30% chameleon both of which i found

Gah! I've been thinking the same thing! I've been looking for that "Lucien Lachance"(sp?) guy so i could kill him and take his hood! It's really the only reason i joined the DB.
 
My favorite item is the ring of perfection. +10 to all attributes.
