My mom got caught in a bullshit speed trap on the way to work - got fined, got points on her license, and had to go to TRAFFIC SCHOOL :/.

The speed limit changes from 65 to 40 without warning with a sign that's hidden around a bend. You can't even slow down fast enough before you've gone quite a ways and a cop was waiting on the street. Bullshit setup.


And get this- the sign was changed to 50mph two weeks later, which means if it had been that before she would have been at or barely over the limit and most likely not even pulled over. Rediculous!

Yes, maybe some worthless bum who is just wandering the streets. There was nobody else around, and I've YET to even come close to losing control at under 70 MPH, and even if retarded people are around..they aren't near my front end.

I had to run away from cops before, but that was for tresspassing, not traffic violations.

However, I did get a lift in a cop car once during a particularly terrible storm.

I don't feel like reading through the whole thread atm, but this made me LOL:

It turned out he got pulled over because the exhaust he recently installed himself, was sticking out further than it should. For comical relief the cop even tripped over it when he stopped him.
