He's not talking about the girl at this point I don't think, iirc at the beginning of the video there's a photo of a kid on the ground with the cop's hands around his neck.
Personally I think that both sides ****ed up here. From personal experience I know that cops are dicks to skateboarders by default (anyone who's ever skated knows this; getting kicked out of places is a pretty regular thing), but I imagine those 13-year-old wannabe skatepunks started messing around. If a cop tells you to stop, you stop. If he tells you to leave, you leave. You don't stand around trying to act tough and argue and you certainly don't cut and run like a few of those stupid kids did. The cop used more force than was necessary in my opinion, and he was a monstrous prick, but he is not soley at fault.
And you're just a ****ing moron. Thinking a girl can't handle that treatment is an insult to women you sexist little shit.
Girl1: I WANT EAQUAL RIGHTS TO VOTE!!
Girl2: I WANT EQUAL PAY IN THE WORKPLACE!!
Girl3: I want to be JUST as equal as men!!
Corperate America: Hey, since you're woman, you get cheaper insurance! Is that OK?
Girls: YAAAYY!!!
A 12/13 year old girl grasped in a head lock for rolling around on a piece of wood constitutes as assault my narrow minded little friend. How on earth does it make me sexist when I merely pointed out the extreme physical handling of an under age girl like that? If she had a weapon or was using physical violence I would understand, but this guy's actions were bang out of order and so was your pathetic response.
Drop the insecurities and think before you post next time, it'll save yourself from looking like a bigger ****tard than you already are.
Stern, watch the scene again. That wasn't a chokehold, he basically put his arm around her neck to restrain her. It's a basic maneuver that can cause no harm to the person it's performed on. Remember, he let her go. Does no one notice that?
Face it, all of you just want to put blame on the cop because hating the government is fun.
/tries to think of cops he knowsif that's true then the opposite must therefore be true for you as well ..you're supporting the incident DESPITE the fact that the poilice force, HIS police force that he was guilty of assualt
I suspect you either want to be a cop or know cops because this isnt the first time you've defended the police despite the fact that the material presented almost always looked bad for the cops in question
He let her go because he was trying to hold the guy as well, he couldn't hold and cuff both, so he let the girl go.
What about the second cop with the bike helmet?
That's a poor perspective to have. You don't have to support all skaters everywhere or all cops everywhere.I don't know which side I'd be on.
On one hand I am a skater so that's why I'd favor the skaters
but
on the other hand I want to be a cop when I leave school so that's why I'd be on the cops side.
rule 1: you don't talk back to the Police.
It's true. Some cops just have it out for teenagers, who are stereotyped as anti-authority and deviant. They LOVE giving teenage drivers tickets.
That's like 13 year olds with server admin rights. I'm serious.
