I had a problem where I completed the Steam preorder on my system at work but my system at home did not see the new My Games list.
If you've had this same problem this is what I had to do to correct the My Games list so I could get to the complete My Games list on my home system.
On my home system I had to open Steam, go to Settings and click on the Login as Different User button and re-enter my username and passwd. Once I did this I could see the complete My Games list and continue with the CS:S download. Merely restarting Steam wasn't doing the trick.
Its an easy fix and maybe not a common problem but I ran into it and was immediately sweating because I couldn't get to CS:S.
