Could someone please give me good settings for my ATi catalyst card?

Hey guys, I need a good list of settings that I should be using in catalyst menu. here are my comp specs
athlon fx 55
1gb ram
ati x800 xt pe
that's pretty much the hard core shit... and oh yea
NEC FE991 SB monitor (if this helps)

Could someone give me a lits of all the settings that I should have checked in my catalyst ati control center?
