• Bullet decals are now scaled based on distance, to make them more visible at long range
  
• Fixed bots filling a server and preventing players from joining after round change

• Fixed the compressed file mode of sv_downloadurl only downloading one file at a time

Update - We have rolled back all the Counter-Strike: Source changes apart from the de_inferno update to fix a hang bug some users are experiencing. These changes will be re-released next week.

Did I say VAC2 last week, and the week before ... and ...? It is supposed to be out but there's still tons of cheaters. Looks like it also doesn't work on 1.6

More RAM. Get 1GB. I had enormous, unbelievable stuttering at 512 and now i have none at 1GB.

That, or just turn your settings down. Hard to do, I know, but it has to happen sometimes.

Dude it's OUT and ACTIVATED .... some servers are secure....

Btw this update sucks lol ... bots ... god i hate servers with bots so ... boring.

I have 256mb ram, geforce 4 MX, 2.4 ghz P4 running at 1024*768 and does not have any stuttering.

That will be an IRQ conflict. The graphics card is sharing the same wires as the sound card, and when they both get pushed at once...

Lost Coast is the first four movies here.

And adding more memory might have solved your problems Feuyaino, but stuttering isn't one problem: it's the symptom of the real problem, poor performance somewhere. A 'solution' for one person might not have any effect on someone else.

I tested it with an Audigy2 and onboard audio, it does it with both? and what wires are you talking about...?
and i have enough RAM... it's not that. My specs:

athlonXP 64 bit 3500+
ATI x800pro
1024 dual layer ram

i did a lot of tests already... it ain't STEAM, it ain't my sound..
i have download all latest drivers, i just updated my BIOS even... really, i'm in the dark here (and i'm not the only one that has this problem so i've heard)

Good, I knew I was not crazy. It's not because you see a VAC2 label in the properties that it's fully functionnal, i'm sure they'll tell us when it'll be ready because they'll be proud to announce the number of cheaters they'll ban. Well I hope it will work as promised. Does it also detect cheaters on CS 1.6?
