Counter Strike : Source Problem

Hi, I'm new to this forum, I just bought counter strike source but when i try to run it, it says:

"ERROR. steam.exe (main exception) unable to load library steam.dll"

any way to fix it?

Delete everything C:\Program Files\Steam except Steam.exe and Steamapps folder. Than run Steam.exe. Fixed.

It didn't work, i think i'm missing a couple of files, but i reinstalled alot of times.

You don't have any steam dll.

Delete black marked files and run Steam.exe

Is it just me that thinks that looks a lot like a pirated download? In my Steam folder there's no "uninstall_css" or "game_install_agreement". There's even no "uninstall Steam" file.

I call Shenaniganz. Reported user for piracy.

Well, yeah, there's a reason he removed the part of the screen where you can see the file path.

k before we ban him. I think it could be CSS with steam installed from DVD
FYI what is on CSS DVD

so some files are non usual. I think he best way is he post a photo of his css with yellow sticker and on that sticker will be written:
I am not pirate HL2.net!

Obviously your drive is unhappy to have the game inside it.

oops sry it worked this game wasnt pirated i just needed to fix up my internet
