Crash Bug?

i am having a problem at the very start of the game, i start up, go to new game, it shows the movie thing ("Wake up and smell the ashes" :O ) and then the train stops and i go to get off...
the first time i went to get off the train, was right when i was exiting the door, it restarted my computer
and the second time was when i got off the train and was near that screen with the guy saying im at city 17 or somthing, and it crashed and restarted my computer...is there something i am doing wrong, or should i try to reinstall, or what?

ok, just tried a third time, and it crashed/restarted as i was walking toward the door to get off the train, i have most of the settings on low becasue i am very near the Minimum System Reqs., im going to try and reinstall now

damnit...i reinstalled and when i go to put in the CD Key, it says i already have subsricptions with it, how can i delete those subscriptions to restart it all?
