Creating Fan Speed profiles in RivaTiner206

OK Ive managed to create three fan profiles using this guide: http://www.guru3d.com/article/article/449/1

BUT my Core Temp goes over 60C but the fan speed doesnt increase

Gone over the guide over and over again but dont know what ive missed

On idle I get 52C and on load it goes as high as 65C in COD4 all settings on max, is that OK or should I turn the settings down (the fan is at 100% too)
