CS:S delayed?

i ask this because cliffe said cs:s would preload at 3 pm pst and it's almost 6 pm pst. and i saw an article on gamespot that said valve accidentally released all the hl2 dialogue with the beta and they were going to fix it so it doesn't get released to cz and ati voucher owners.......... sigh......... valve are complete idiots if this is true....
