CS:S & HL:D not loading

I've yet to play either of these games. When i click on a server to enter it, it begins to load up, but when it's nearly complete it just freezes, and i ain't got a clue why.

I've also tried creating my own and it does the same thing.

Any suggestions?

right click on the steam icon on your system tray and click on monitor....see if the games are still updating even though the other says complete....yet another major bug with Steam... Steam SUX. The Love. :cheers:

hmm...still having the same problems. Nothing comes up about updating or that

any other suggestions? :S
