CS:S / HL2(?) Info

I will be purchasing the Gold Edition of HL2, but now that I hear CS:S
is coming out in a week I'm tempted to pay for that too, but I don't
want to end up buying it twice when the Gold Edition is released.

Is there a way I can pay for the Gold Edition ahead of time and get
CS:S first so I don't endup waiting?

And will you be shipping the posters and such from the Gold Edition
outside of the US (I'm in Canada)?

You'll get CS:Source right away as part of the Gold Edition.


I'm not sure if this means we get CS:Source before HL2 comes out, if we get it as soon as HL2 comes out, or if HL2 comes out at the same time as CS:Source.

Anyone undersand better than me and my punny brain?

Edit: I just noticed the asteriscs(sp?) on the front page saying "To be made available on release", so that means when we pay we get CS:S next week and HL2 as soon as its ready?

That's the understanding I am seeing. Next week if you buy from steam you will get CS:S on that day (on whatever day it's ready)...and HL2 as soon as it's released from VUG.
