Occasionally I like some Prodigy in the background, usually don't bother as it makes to difficult to hear whats going on...

The "Sound of Footsteps: Someone Near" is my favourite.

Yeah I use headphones so i can listen to footsteps as its nearly the same as having wallhack as i know which direction the sound is coming from. The only problem with this is that the footsteps sounds travel through Bsp so you can get some unrealistic footstep sounds like hearing someone walk throught a thick wall or roof.
