CS-S sounds

Anyone know what folder I can find the sounds for CS-S? I've looked but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Im looking for the sound when your playing in the server, at the start of the game it says " Lock & load". Im thinking its only server side sound but if anyone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

There is no folder it's in the cache of the game. You can however put in your own custom sounds by manually creating a "sound" folder in the cstrike dir. Then within the "sound" folder you must have 1 folder for each gun, "m4a1" "Aug" "mp5navy" "p228" etc. Then inside you put the sounds, go search for the right sound names to use if custom sounds is what youre getting at cuz I know the default CSS sounds sure as shit arent good.

Try that sound pack, it's not some dodgyly put together piece of crap, it's made by one of the sound engineers of Red Orchestra (well ex-RO now), and they're so much better!
