Hi,
I have problem with fps on my cs source server, its seems to be lock at 64-65 fps, and its not the hardware that is the problem its runs on a AMD 64 2800+ 512 ram 400 DDR and ATI Radeon 9600.
And my friend runs his server on a 1.3 ghz celeron and gets 100 fps but is much more instabile.
If someone know the problem please let me know
