Just read it on CS-Nation:

Punk Ass Fraggers have slated DjBourgeoisie's CS:S remake of cs_docks for release today at 6:00 PM PST.

It might not be an "official" map from Valve, But it sure looking damn great.

Yeah, I just read that on csnation. The map is beautiful. I hope this one starts circulating on the servers.
