Custom Skins

Hey guys, i don't mean to sound like a noob or anything, but can someone explain to me on how to install skins for CSS please, i had no problem doing them for 1.6 but on css i do what i did for 1.6 and they don't work, if possible can someone write up a small guide for me, what goes where etc...

If that's the question, go to: www.counter-strike-dl.com
Then download, extrace to your /root/cstrike folder.
