custom texture on 'prop_door_rotating

Is there any way to get a custom texture onto a prop_door_rotating? It has the ability to be skined, but i cant figure out a custom skin. If not, any other suggestions as to how to do it.

you must edit the door model for this.. so you'll get a custom door, there are some lines you'll have to put into the qc file and then it should work.
