hrm....i cant get steam to load all the way after i updated, and cant get to the site....but i already preordered cz a looong time ago from a local store(it was in the end of august i think, lol)

i might not even get it, it was only a $5 deposit. But who knows.(depends on the price i guess, if its $50 no way, but if i end up only having to pay 30-35 more ill probably get it)
