Daddeln.de reports preload has started *seems to be fake*

Hi there,
just wanted to drop a note that a german games site Daddeln.de has a link to steampowered where HL² is advertised and theyre saying some people already started preloading.
heres the german advert (sp?):

That same thing was on www.HL2w0rld.com the other day but it didn't mean the preload had started

we have seen an english version of this as well,
but I was just on steam and no preload...

The german page actually says that even though the pre-load page exists, it doesn't seem to work.

yeah, but they say it seems not to work for everyone... at first i thought it had something to do with those ATI vouchers, but ive yet to find sb. who is DL.. sorry for falseinfo..
